I am looking for Mr. Richard U. Smith he is or was a police officer in Kingston. He has a son with the same name. His son's mother is from St. Anns. Her name is Deans Treasure. If anyone know his where abouts please contact me.

What particular Police Station in Kingston did he last work?
Was he a "Regular" cop (usually called a "Red Seam") or an Special Constable (Blue Seam)?
