Just thinkin about something Urban said in Windy's News from Iraq thread.
I think it would be a good idea if we had somewhere we could post to let everyone know if we wasnt gonna be around for a while,given the recent tragic event where a brother was lost to us and the danger that Windy faces every day. It goes for the rest of us too. we live in uncertain times, never know whats round the next corner so a quick post here will help put everyones mind at rest if you plan to be away from ETJ for more than a few days and stop a lot of unnecessary worrying. (mind you, theres always the Hotteach method, where you tell everyone you're going to Jamaica every bloody time you post).

maybe one of the mods might consider making this a "sticky"?

Oh, Nearly forgot.... I'll be away for a couple of weeks as from tomorrow.
Back around second week in september. Nuffin drastic, just need to get out the hood for a bit of country air and a chill.

Missty - while in Ochi keep eyes and ears open of any houses for rent for a month beginning Dec 23rd - resonable! Not sure if Rupert will get a chance to do it next week when he's there, considering lots going on with the funeral.

Ohh, well hopefully she checks in. We will see how addicted she really is while she's gone! Hope she has a great trip, im jealous, I was so close to going next week, but unfortunatley just not feasible. Just me and the dog next week.
