Can't figure out what to do with all the steriod users in baseball? Well here is a solution. How about if we level the playing field and give them a league of their own. A steroid league would draw the same interest as arena football or professional wrestling, all payoff and without the distractions.

What's your view?

Well that's interesting but it's the same as saying that, since people use cocaine and heroine and other dangerous substances... we might as well legalize those drugs, to me anyway. Although I will say the even without a "steroid league" the playing field is "level" because EVERY athelete uses some form of performance enhancers anyway.

Why would we just have a "steroid league" though? That isn't the only enhancer of concern, futhermore the substances that aren't detectable in the current tests administered by these leagues, can be the most dangerous ones for the user's health.

To me your idea at least acknowlages the use of stimulants and enhancers; and would allow user's (athletes) to be open with doctors and care takers about what they are using without the fear of penalty, and would allow for better all around health care for these individuals who choose to "use"..
