Last night at around 3am Denver Broncos starting corner back Darrent Williams was leaving a night club in Denver and was killed in a drive by shooting. From what I've heard he was involved in an altercation with a man at the night club and after he left, a car pulled up to his while and opend fire with some kind of automatic firearm. My heart foes out to his family, he was a great football player and may he rest in peace.

I heard about this from a Myspace friend this morning. Very unfortunate and a terrible way for his family to start the new year.

Poor guy... he should be allowed to have his night-club altercations in peace, without someone ruining it by shooting him afterwards. Very sad world we live in.
