no missgoodas, i'm no expert i'm learning as much as you, but you can see my point about weight. can you run upstairs 10 times without breathing hard i ask you, and it would be an uphill battle picking up your weight upthe stairs rather than down yuh see mi ??

well, to be honest as I am a woman who is particuallarly small by nature, you are asking the wrong person. "cause as I am small now I have been bigger and more fit. After I had my son I blew up, but I ran a marathon to get the weight off. Since I haven't been exercising I was more fit as a bigger person. So in this sense size has nothing to do wit it.

Unless you are extremly obese
Example: look at Bigga Ford the police in Town, u kno him?, he is big and can rundown jus about anybody.

i've heard of him, it's b/c he's an active big man. but some big men are like couch potatoes inactive watch tv drink beer etc.

The same way you have some big man weh nuh fit like coach potato, you hav some slimmers weh a di same thing. You know how much young boy me know weh sit around an play playstaion, smoke weed and do nuthin and dem still slim. Your perception a juss stereotype. Me used to feel the same way until. Me get fat afta me hav baby. Although me did fat I was fit.

well i do admit it was stereotyping, and it works both ways too.and as you've said about slim boy's / men that is very true. b/c they do not have the desire to acheive anything except the routine thing on a daily basis. but fat or slim the body metabolism tells it all, roots drinks does not work for everybody, and like i said before i'm not an expert in those fields.

I man don't believe that roots drinks does anything but give us guys the PERCEPTION that we gonna "kill her wid it".
Funny enough though when u think about it I think Jamaican Roots Con****tions (oops! Did I misspell that) ... were / are the 'original' viagras lol. Still tho... I don't think roots work in the way we guys think.
