Thumbs up Island church songs...

I was wondering if anyone can tell me where's the best place on the net to get Island church songs. I've heard a few and they truly move me but I want to hear more. Does anyone have any idea of some titles of albums or names of songs I can look out for in my search?? Or maybe artists that do a lot of great church songs? I would TRULY and TRULY appreciate it. Thanks!

CeCe Winan is one of my favourite gospel artists, also if you type gospel music into any of the search engines like google or jeeves you will get a wide selection of sources. Happy shopping.

My oldest daughter's Uncle who is a Minister has one of the biggest church and memberships in Balitmore Maryland and the Winan family song there. This church even has a school that goes from grades K through 12. Sadly her Uncle has passed away but his son is now the Minister of this Church.

Re: Island church songs...

Wnen I am in Mobay Jamaica I always love to watch the Church Services on T.V. airing from Kingston with Rev. Dolores Medley. The choir is always singing those old church hymen's that my mother use to sing back in the day. Now there are alot of new songs that have been written but my favorite old time gospel singer from back in the day is Mahalia Jackson...

They really are a blessed family I could listen to CeCe all day, especially her album the throne room. That church sounds awesome, I bet the choir was mighty.

Yeah I undestand that bit. I was thinking that a church that size would have a large choir. One of my dreams is to join a huge choir, you know the sort that make your hairs stand on end and give you goose pimples with the sheer power of their harmony.
