With Kweisi Mfume stepping down from the NAACP, what changes do you think is most likely to occur, if any? Does his resignation seem suspicious? Do you think it even matters either way?

This is news to me!!!! Wow! I have been a member since I was in high-school, and I'm not sure how the organization will be affected. I'm going on-line to see if I can get some more info on the issue......

Since high-school? I admire your allegiance pseu.
Mr. Mfume had a four year contract which was not renewed,
don't know if Julian Bond had anything to do with it, but remember
the Bush factor too... I'll do some scanning too .. it's an
interesting topic thanks for posting it JaGo

I am not nearly as involved as I should be. I go to some annual events when I have the time. It seems life he has had control longer than 4 years.
