A young life was taking
A life everyone loves
A man who is a husband, father and a friend
Although it hurts our hearts
And
Brings tears to our eyes
He’s in a better place
Somewhere were he’s safe
My friend is gone
And memories keep hanging on
You know I miss you
In everyway
For me it’s hard to say you’re gone
Memories keep holding on
I still don’t believe you’re really gone
It just won’t sink in
Even today when I know the truth
It seems like it was just yesterday
We were all sitting in the living room
Talking dancing and having fun as a family
Although we wasn’t blood
You was like brother
You was a real friend

But we have to think positive
