The sense of peace and longing
What the future has in store

A new day, some say, a chance to grow
Change beyond my hope and dreams
The question that plays on everyone's mine
Is the time it will take to be seen

So much to do, many battles to wage
To protect our greatest gem
Prosperity and freedom we take too light
Really....where do we begin?

With held breath and a silent prayer
We welcome you to start anew
Setting all on a path of hope & faith
That you know just what to do

History for sure will record this day
For all the world to see
Change and hope for a better tomorrow
