My question too?

Okay class... something tells me Alex doesn't REALLY need this explanation...but whatever...

Its about desiring someone physically, literally wanting them "inside" you but struggling with how letting someone in "physically" means letting them in emotionally which is much more scary AND if done too soon, can end up being hurtful (the metaphorical "death")... and the question at the end begs... is it worth it to get involved or better to leave it alone?

Confused.... what does being cautious in giving your yourself fully to someone have to do with moving backwards and not forwards. I am the first to give my all right away, but if he is not showing me the same or willing to...... I am confident enough to move on.....
