Silent Night
Silent Night

On the silence of the night.........

....Runs my thoughts in and out
Over and over, round and round

.....Crawls the the pain and suffering of evil
Attempting to destroy


....Hangs the air gripped with loneliness
Trying to drive me mad


....Swirls the fear and trepidation
Trying to steal away my breath


......Drips the sadness and despair
Beckoning for tears and sobbing


.....Drifts the hopes and dreams of the child
Determined to persevere


....I can hear the whispering of the Angels
Giving me hope

On the silence of the night
Calls the song of the morning dove
Signaling the survival of another silent night
