Here's what I did in a pinch. Buy some good Jamaican Rum. Add Fat free half and half or half and half if you aren't watching your weight. Add Splenda or sugar. Stir. It tastes close to the real thing. And you can adjust your sugar with it.

Forget my age for a quick second, but my uncle used to work at Hedonism II as a bartender. I learned a few trick from him on how to blend certain kinds of liquor and stuff.
I even have my own specialties.
