Yes, it's almost that time again for the Toronto Caribbean Carnival!! Well sorry to say but this year I won't be able to attend caribana, or the block parties! I know that it's going to be off the hook like all the other years! Instead I got to settle for a local Caribbean festival in my area! Who's going to caribana? And who's going to some other type of festival?
