Patois is easy to pick up the hard part is saying it like a real Jamaican :-)

I know that's true. A jamaican man are able to make a woman thinking she's the only one in the world for him even when there are others too. But you doesn't answer my question. Please give me examples or aren't you a real jamaican?

As a bavarian ( south german ) I got it verry quick. when you there you get to it better then from songs I think. It is important to forget the real english word and a possible spelling of an patois word. Just see it like you would talk an language what is totaly different to english and say the words with the same sound as you here them. But then there is also some territorial differences of the patois to so some sound not always the same, here you need to go back to the origin english to get hold of the meaning. Ore just be explained what it means and you will find out there are more than one way to talk patois. A thing you need to grow into, by using it, as all languages.

I wrote that I don't speak patois but I think I understand it more than the bavarian-dialect.lol.
