i'm in all kinds of boards, and all sites have things that ppl like and do not like, there is no reason to take things personal, it just makes your life harder to take.

Everyone has a right to their own opinion just as you do, and since I am a member of ETJ, I am going to speak if I may for myself and for my members too.

Here on ETJ, there are somethings that we may agree upon in threads and post and then there are threads and post that some of us may not agree with or even find offensive such as you have. But in any event that is what makes this site so wonderful because we all come together here on ETJ and can agree to disagree handling what we read in a mature way without running away but hang around with the understanding that we all come from different parts of the world and different states bringing to this board our own experiences and opinions of how we feel and where we come from, it is our constitutional right to have freedom of speech and freedom of the press.

And may I add, Sometimes we all have to take the bitter with the sweet because that's life. I also tell my children that life is not always a bed of roses and there are things that people will say and do that you are not going to like but in life you can run but you sure can't hide unless you want to stop the world and get off. Even Jesus Christ had to deal with far more then you and I have to deal with and thank God He didn't run away but instead hung around taking the bitter with the sweet and I thank God that he did for our sake.

So please rethink your decision and come back and let us know how you feel and what's on your mind and maybe we can talk about it. There are some really great minds around here and we would all love to have you come back and hang around with us for as long as you like.

all i can say that, all kinds of boards / forums basically have the same subjects, good, bad, and indifferent. so of course you'll find some offensive things on there. all you can do is state your opinion and eithier take or leave it. it's up to you what thread you wish to put your input anyway, i don't care what i go in, if it interest me i'll put in mi dalla's worth. i'm upfront & hinnocent.

I am surprised you guys have put so much energy into this thread.

The person has probably long gone. The person just did it to get a reaction and you guys took the bait. People like that aren't even worth the recognition, not after only 2 posts...they haven't really contributed anything positive to ETJ, so why u giving it time of day.

Nuff said...let move on and forget about this wasters.

I understand you perfectly well but sometimes people do tend to come back and check out things every now and then even if they don't post a thing and they do it out of couriosity just to see who responded to their post. So if it just happens to be so in this case, they will get an ear full. And I am hopeing that they do take a peek, who knows.. Peace and Blessings Star

well since this thread is relating to boards, what about being bored , washboard, blackboard, ironing board, gameboards, etc. if you don't like any of these boards, then there is something wrong there.
