Jamcan, no never been. My wife's friend is visiting her folks in Jamaica at this moment, but my wife wouldn't let me go with her, for some reason.

What brought me to your forum? I'm trying to find mechanics from various parts of the world (or anyone else interested in the motor break down trade) to join in our discussion forum. Makes the conversation richer with different people from different lands.

Er, guess you could say I'm spamming!

But in my feeble defence I do make posts and tend to stay around in a forum that I've taken the trouble to join. My place is quite new at the moment and if I can find nice well behaved communities and get a few people from each one to visit and make interesting posts then that's what I'm after.

Durham is ****. But the sun being out every day lately is helping me lift my mind into Jamaica mode again. I dont care if its cold as long as the sun is shining. So your a brummie eh? Think thats where 1stParadigm is from.

In Birmingham the sun shines on average of 15 hours a day, scorching hot even in winter. Trouble is by the time it reaches the ground there isn't much heat left.

Alex4Ja, I may well have confused you by the way I'd written it, I was trying to avoid those strange green links that show up when a certain word is used.

Well we are mostly people that work in organisations like your own Jamaica Automobile Association here. The forum is for people who work in this industry and anyone else interested in vehicles. Hope that clarified what I meant to say.
