Hey to you all out there in ETJ. I've been looking back over this site for a little while now and decided this morning to join. I've actually joined as a long shot to see if I could find my birth father, but that's for another forum! For now I'll just introduce myself and say "Hello".

I was born in London and hope to come over in 2010 for my honeymoon and also to trace my family tree as my first visit to JA. I cant wait

I think that's cool you're gonna trace your family tree back home. Maybe you'll find out some interesting stuff!

I wish I could trace my family tree further back than my grandma...

Welcome and tracing your family tree is interesting and may lead to some surprises. My 8th great grandfather was the governor of Ct when it was a colony. On a negative note, my Irish grandfather was a bootlegger

and all my Swedish relatives have severe drinking problems

. What I'm saying is be prepared for the unexpected, good or bad.

Yesterday I traced a black, muslim coworker's family tree and all the family photo's were of white people...it was wierd. So I asked him about it and he said yes, a large portion of his family is lebanese.

I have no Russian mixed with German blood in me, there's where u get the men haters
