I live in a very small island in the Mediterranean and my husband just got a job in Jamaica. I would like to get some useful information from anyone who lives there.
I have done some research and unfortunatelly I am getting really scary information on crime rates. Is that true?
Also I would like a point of view from any woman that lives there. Is it safe?
I often go alone for walks here, never care about anything and in Spain we talk to anyone that may approach us. Should I be more careful once I move there?
Is it safe to dive or to take the bus system?
In turistee areas, is there anything to do in the afternoons ?

Crime is everywhere you go. You just have to live your life right. I love Jamaica. There is nothing wrong with Jamaica I would rather live in Jamaica then anywhere in the world.
