Hi - I'm new to the Caribbean - Jamaica Talk

I am actually living in Barbados not Jamaica, but there don't seem to be any forums like this which cater to Barbados. I have been here 2 and a half months (I am here on a one year work contract). I'm having difficulties meeting people who have anything in common with me...I was wondering if anyone knew of any African Americans that I could be put in contact with in Barbados?

Go to the boatyard down St.Lawrence gap, alot of americans go there.
