anyone make entry on this claim (either by birth, decent, marriage or caricom status)?

what's involved at the airport?

and then what's the time frame to get the offical "status" within (apparently a visit to constant springs road, kingston is necessary)

I'd say at the airport you just go through the normal procedure and then apply.
