Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency - JAM
"1.3 Unconditional Landing
Unconditional Landing is granted to persons who have claim to Jamaican citizenship either by descent, by marriage. It may also be given to a Jamaican National in possession of a foreign passport. Unconditional landing is not applicable once Jamaican citizenship has been formerly renounced. "
I believe it's a status that includes all with rights to citizenship however they are obtained... my husband has a few family members who married people from abroad and he told me this is the status they maintain while on the island...
but i will ask again... and again... i've still got a few months to make sure everything is in order...

thanks
