I just wanted to let anyone who is interested in this know that we did in face take the 10,000 cash and they didn't even question it when we got in besides counting it. I guess it could be a completely random thing though. Sometimes you might have problems other times not. It all worked out in the end though. We considered getting a bank draft but it would have taken 30 days to clear. We would have gone the Victoria Mutual route but didn't plan ahead enough. So, if anyone is wondering, it is perfectly fine to enter with 10, 000 or less.
