Nice Property; For those looking to purchase as investment....
I was lookin for places in Jamaica, and came across this property.
Looks like a pretty good investment, in St. Ann's Bay. So I thought i'd let y'all know in case u guyz were interested..

250,000 for a 7 bedroom house is sweet..... You can't buy a condo for that here.

I have an eye on a property in Claremont as well, it is where Ruperts cousin lives right now, the people looking to just get rid of it!

its about $200,000US, right near town has a 2 small houses on it, a shop and a bicycle shop. Not sure exactly of the size of the land available, its has ackee, apple trees on it!
