Exclamation Unfound information / new questions !

Hello all! I have a few questions about moving to Jamaica that I haven't found thusfar in other posts or websites. Any information you can help me with is greatly appreciated! First some info on me...to give you an idea of what I am like and what I am looking for. I am a 21 yr old bartender who has been kicking around the idea of moving to Jamaica to bartend at a tourist location. I have only ever been to Ocho Rios. I would like to move next year, and live for around 6 months to see how I like it. I have been thinking Montego Bay, but really am not sure what the hot spots are for tourism. I would likely want to rent an apartment or 2 BR Townhouse of somesort with a friend. Now for the questions...
1. What are the biggest cities for tourism.(I will visit next year to check things out, but can't afford to visit everywhere)
2. How difficult would it be to get a bartending job(not sure if they get flooded with people like me or not, just curious about the demand). Also my friend has an accounting degree...is this in demand as well?
3. What season would be best for moving there tourism wise/job wise.
4. Are there any websites for apartments other then those listed doing a google search(I haven't found very many listings for apartments)
5. If I would only be moving for 6 months max. What would I need citizenship wise other then a work permit.

Thanks everybody for all your time and help!!!

Montego Bay, Negril & Ochi

I think it would be very difficult if you don't have Jamaican citizenship as for smaller jobs they tend to hire local ppl as u must understand the job situation.

I would suggest the Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands

3. What season would be best for moving there tourism wise/job wise.

Winter is always a busy season

just what on google

u will need a work permit to work an it is hard to obtain for a bartending job i would imagine
Thanks everybody for all your time and help!!!

Negril is a pretty huge tourist spot....but yes, check the gov't website. It may not be easy to work. Not sure.

It's not exactly like "****tail". I think you will have a very difficult time finding a bartending job that would hire a non-JA. And, even if you completely lucked out and did, I bet you would not earn enough to survive.
