hi everybody, im 17 year old kid and i live in america, but i just found out that i have to move to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, now Im form 3rd world country and when i first came to USA (i was 10 1/3 year old) i go crazy, Every house looked same, people where so hard to talk to, people where very selfish and most important surprise was how sensative people wher to physical contact LOL,

Anyway back to topic, when i found out im moving more north in such depressed city as Pittsburgh i new i had to find a way out, Me and my 2 well trusted friends decided to do something. We aren't like most ppl in america, we are pretty crazy actually, help eachother in fights but never look 4 trouble, but whn it comes we dont hide. we decide to move to Jamaica us 3 after highschool, and we don care bout tax, transport, shelter, food because its all part of the adventure, U only live once, why waist it in some suburbs.

so if anybody got something coment or story like this, u be my bro and post it! ))

gyal ya only 17!!!!!!! at least juss tek small trips, visits, an' sum kina programs to get oriented wit jamaica. it's outside da U.S. so dats why u av 2 be extra careful becos if u guys may eva need bailing out for wateva trouble u get into, ur parents av 2 travel ova seas to get ya. it's noit easy living ovaseas if ur unda aged, nio matta which kontri it is!!!

Hi Zezva. I'm sorry to hear that you are not enjoying living in the U.S. I don't know America very well as I live in England, so I can't give you any advice on how to cope with your problems there but there are many ETJ members from the States who may be able to.
One piece of advice I can offer though is this.....Whoa!! Slow down mi yout!!
Like Afri-Gyal says, you're only seventeen. Take some time out to learn something about the place and its people, laws etc before you do something rash. Saying you don't care about such things is quite frankly foolish. Sorry if this sounds harsh but it's the truth. Adventure can quickly turn to misadventure. Jamaica is a beautiful island and it's people are some of the nicest folk on earth and nobody here blames you for wanting to live there, but PLEASE do some homework first. You might want to check out our "Moving to Jamaica" forum and get some advice from some members who have already made the move or are in the process of doing so. Its not as easy as just jumping on a flight to Kingston or Mobay and never going back.
If it were, I know where most of us would be......
