Thinking to move from Russia to Jamaica. I've heard that i can get 1 month visa right in airport, showing my passport and documents, prooving that I have enouth money, room in a hotel and a back ticket. Is it right?

So 1 moth later I got to do... what i got to do to stay?

What job can i get in Jamaica? 22 years male, 5 years of exp in advertizing (copywriter and marketing director), web-gesign (mostly Macromedia Flash) and programming (Pascal, Delphi)? And, of course, perfect russian language... =))) 4 years of studing in a university (IT and Economics) - no diploma, coz I'm really tired. Also I'm a selling genius, if i can sell anything in russian, but my english is now not enouth to find the words to sell ANYthing.

I'll be really happy, if someone will answer my questions!

Best thing to do for a job is to hook up with someone like China. Otherwise you may not be able to obtain the right documents to work in Jamaica.

I know that American citizens can stay in Jamaica 6 months with a passport, 3 months with a birth certificate only. I believe it is the same for other countries. Once you get established in Jamaica you can go to Kingston and apply for Jamaican residency that I believe allows you to stay 2-1/2 years. After staying for awhile you can apply for Jamaican Citizenship, but check with the Russian authorities to see if you lose your Russian citizenship if you become a Jamaican Citizen.

US citizens: for your info, you do NOT lose your American citizenship. You have dual citizenship.
