I know... but even real BIG stuff in the books is changed in the show...
Like Lafayette... in the books... he dies and is found in the beginning of the second book... that is a huge difference... not that I mind a little artistic embellishment on that one... I like the Lafayette character and hated that he died in the book.
And the witch woman is all different in the books too... she is actually more like a minor goddess... Godess of drunkness and confusion or something I would have to go look it up to remember exactly what it said.
Its only just started showing here in the UK in the last month or so...havent watched every episode solidly so still getting to grips with the storyline and who's who. How many seasons have been shown so far?
They are saying the 3rd season starts in June 2010! I read it on the True Blood spoilers page in a blog to how much is true I don't know. I sometime skim around the message board on True blood they even would give their opinions on different topics like who took Bill... Who do you think kidnaped him anyone have a opinion on that?
Well in the books it was the female vampire that made him...
But being as the series is taking such wide swings away from the books... there really is no telling.
It was a female in the show as well...Note to those who read upcoming info about the show, PLEASE don't post it here, i don't like previews let alone to know whats going to happen next season!
