this was such a good movie. saw it this past weekend and i wasn't expecting it to be as good as the show, but i left wishing that they'd make a movie every year. i was surprised by how emotional i got when charlotte came to carrie's defense on the big day. my friend looked at me and was like, "ummm...are you crying?" the movie is also much funnier than the show was. definitely the best movie i've seen so far this year!

Itz definitely worth going to see. Me & My best friend did a girls nite of it, saw Sex in the City...then ate at PF CHANGS & ordered drinks. It was quite the dinner conversation. LOL.

Hey GG

If anything, go by yourself during Matinee. We went to a fairly early evening show (4:50pm) and it was empty... but the few people in there laughed their azzes off!

We are tryna go right after work, so at 5.40pm is the earliest show... I should have confinced them to go to the premiere.. cuz we wanted to dress SATC style.. and I had a hat & designer shoes

OMG it was the same for me - I was like "am I crying???" lol And then 5 seconds later I started cracking up (at Charlotte again). I definitely thought that was one of Kristin Davis' best SATC performances.

I thought it was weird at first to see them on the big screen - definitely not the same feel as it was sitting in the living room watching it on TV. But I got over that pretty quick - definitely a very funny and emotional movie.

GG you seriously need to go see it - tell the friends/fam they waited too long and you went by yourself!

It's long though - i think it's like 2.5 hours or something...just FYI for anyone who hasn't seen it yet...
