Sometimes, a movie comes out that I reeeeaaaaly want to see and I can't find anyone to go with me. I usually put off going and end up seeing it when it comes out on cable or dvd. A few guys that I know go to the movies by themselves all the time, but I just think it would feel weird. I feel like people would think that I can't get a date if I'm alone. Do any of you go to the movies alone?

Not really. I'm just self-conscious about it. I'm just used to going with a guy or girlfriends. Maybe this weekend I'll try going by myself. I'll never get over it until I do it, right?!!!

of course you can go to the movies alone..........yuh might buck up pon some a yuh friends or watt not. anyways mi go di movies sometime by myelf and its all good.

I go to the movies regularly alone. Nothing is wrong with that. You going to see the movie thats all. Laugh alone, cry alone. Sometimes, some things are best done alone.

yeah it kool to go alone. I thought it was weird before but last week Saturday I went by myself for the first time and saw 2 movies in one shot. It was really nice. Not a ting no wrong and no one cares if u go alone or with people so don't sweat it...try it!

I've missed alot of good movies cuz I didn't want to go alone. I broke the evil chain of movie bondage by going to see, "The day after tomorrow" all by myself. It was quite liberating, and I was very surprised to see a few solo moviegoers scattered around the cinema.

The first time I went to see a movie alone I felt so weird. To make it worse I saw some girls that I knew from church when I walked in the theatre, and they were with some dudes, i just ended up going to see something else in the theatre. I have done it a few times after, especially on my day off, its cool now!

I go by my self, it's great. For me it was the safe issue that I was worried about I felt nervous about being alone in a dark theater. But I decided to go to the Really nice theaters when I go alone.(you know the ones, where they still have actual ushers and several floors)
