Never heard of either.

Gullah Gullah Island was a sing-along show with real people. Binyah Binyah was a pollywog (person dressed up in a costume). It was the only "ethnic" show that reached Maine when my daughters were little.

The important things I remember most from childhood, I learned on "School House Rock". I actually sang the preamble in my head when I had to write it during our constitution test. When we went to D.C. over the summer and saw the Capitol Building, I was sitting there singing......I'm just a bill....yeah, I'm only a bill.....and I'm sittin' here on Capitol Hill...................

I only remember Pink Panther. Never did watch much TV. Never liked cartoons nor that dump Sesame Street....they keep repeating things too often

DWL.... I actually borrowed the videos (Schoolhouse Rocks) from the library a few months ago to share with my kids. I don't think they had the same effect on them as with mi....I was left by myself watching all of them.
