I keep my motorcycle key on the same key-ring as my car keys.

This morning as I stepped out of a grocery store and walk up to my motorcycle in the parking lot, I unconsciously pressed my (car's) remote control....subconsciously expecting to hear the audible beep that would open the doors.

Actually yesterday was funny.

I was home with my son and his 3 friends. His one friend with a car had locked his keys in the car so I called my AMA to come Jimmy the lock. When AMA got here the boys went outside to meet him, then I followed with my license and membership card. Well if I didn't walk out the front door and lock it behind me. LOL so there we were with keys locked in the car AND the house.

DAMN good thing one of my roommates came home at that very moment or we all would have been screwed.

Last weekend, my daughter came home from college and I wanted to delight her by baking her a pistachio cake.

While she sat at the island (in the kitchen) sipping on a bottle of Propel and ranting on about her past week, I whipped out the mixing bowl, poured the yellow cake and pistachio pudding mixture in and grabbed 2 eggs from the tray.

As mimically graceful as Martha Stewart, I cracked both eggs on the side of the mixing bowl and simultaneously slammed my foot down on the pedal of the garbage can flipping the lid up.

Then without thinking, I plopped the eggs into the garbage can and cast the shells into the cake mix.

My daughter laughed until she fell from the stool, Propel water spraying from her nostrils.

I've put leftovers away back in the cupboard where the tupperware came from. Only to discover it a few days later, rotton.

I put my food in the microwave and sat down to watch tv. about 10 mins later when the show went on commercial, i went to get my food i realized i neva turned on the microwave.
