If you didn't know now you know. Music heals when you are down and listening to it. Especially reggae music. Is like a whole different hype. When you happy...listening to music-PEOPLE DEAD!!!!

I agree PB. If I'm down it helps out the mood a LOT! And if I'm UP it gets me more up and ready to go! I could never live without music. If I leave the house and forgot my CD's at home I've actually turned around to go back and get them cause I need them.
