i just wanted to say that
over the years ppl are finding all kinds of way's to lose weight, and you have all kinds of exercise tape's / cdr's all over the place high energy low energy saying lose this & that, but they never introduce reggae music as an exercise music. and i know there is varied reggae to choose from to excercise to, i've been doing it on and off for year's not that i really need to lose any more weight i'm skinny " enuff " but that could give a little more exposure to a wider community [no pun intended ] think about it i'd call it [reggaecize with dudley]

They did this a couple of years ago on british tv on one mornin programme, it was to songs like "Heads High" by Mr Vegas an such, they mixed dance moves wid excercise moves. i personally never joined in but it did make u want to!!!

i see miss brown, but even the older reggae as a rhythm that is danceable too. reggae can take different formats from slow & easy to high energy music that will work of the pounds as well. overall in my experiences playin reggae it motivates the crowd.

Yeh it definetly moves the crowd, an an excercise vid would be great if u've got no rhythm!

there is some reggae that is very high energy music to dance to, and you have a combo of reggae and other various forms of music fused together.

i feel if there is a market for reggae as an excercise music it could work in the right stages.

you know how much calories you could lose, think about it. it's high energy music. i don't care what anybody say to fight it down. it could trim you down, if you're dedicated enuff.

I do it all the time at home on my own. I have a ton of dancehall downloaded and just dance around my house. I think it would be fun to see an organized reggae exercise video collection though. But not just regular exercise, some actual dancing. I guess that's what I already do.
