I remember Kensel Rise....my cousins BF at the time use to live there. So what clubs did you use to freqent? I was pretty young when I left England so I wasn't a frequent at the clubs. I remember going to Dougies, All Nations there was one in Surrey Street Market, can't remember the name and Streatham. Do you remember a club called Bali High? My sister use to go to a club called Night Moves almost every w/end!

i remember bali hi, you remember those day's then ? that's quite sometime ago, but those were the good old day's when was you there around that time. i was into the soundsystem movement, so what ever free time i had i would hang out with the bredrins them and the girls too

Yeah, I remember those days....watching my older sisters get ready to go clubbing or "blues" at Bali Hi or wherever! I left England in 1987 so I was there during those "good old days".

You remember the sound system "Obession" and I think another was called "Shashumali"?

My sister's BF (at the time) was in a group and they use to play out...I was able to go on a few occasions....(Choo mi was di lass one, mi madda did more strick pan mi an mi cudden go any an any weh!! )

i'm sure from xperience if english lovers rock was promoted here in the rite way or pirate radio ova here would be good exposure to the ppl them. i can tell you the ladies love it when it hits them and they feel no pain
