help me find tih song!

Hallo all, I'm James from Italy.
I'm searching for a song I heard in the early 80's, but I don't know the name of the performer nor a single word of the song. I have made a midi file, which represent the gingle of the main theme (reggae style) but I cannot attach it to this message. If someone wants to help me, I could send it in a private message. The lyrics of the main theme are something like this:

POOOSTI, PUNCHEE, PAN IT LEFT ANSIDE...
POOOSTI, PUNCHEE, PAN IT LEFT ANSIDE...
YOU GONNA WON.....

excuse me for the nonsense of what I wrote but, like I said, I don't know the real words. Does anyone can help me?
Thanks in advance, James

Re: help me find tih song!

Since the trophy is given away, there's a little more information:
Musical Youth(Junior, Kelvin, Michael, Dennis, Patrick);
"Pass the Dutchie" (Dutchie=Dutch, slang for joint/spliff)
Released 1982 on MCA Records(Germany);
B-side: Please give love a chance

Pass de Dutchie pon de left han side
Pass the joint/spliff to the left.

Re: help me find tih song!

by way of correction, as a caribbean person with lots of jamaican friends - KOUCHIE means spliff, and DUCHIE is a type of pot, or dutch oven. as the two words sounds similar, they are often mixed up.
