Oxtail Stew and Curried Goat

Good afternoon. I am Mrs. B. and this is my first post. I was wondering if any of you kind folks would be willing to share an oxtail stew and curried goat recipe. I have quite a bit of experience with Jamaican food (for a non-Jamaican). Yet somehow, I think that since I am not of Jamaican heritage, I will never get it (the cooking/seasoning) right. Any tips and pointers you can give me are appreciated. God bless.

P.S. I am an American (born and bred), but both my parents are Italian, so if any of you need authentic Italian recipes, please let me know.

Re: Oxtail Stew and Curried Goat

Hello Princess. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out. I read your recipes and I am going to buy the oxtail over the weekend. I will let you know how it goes. Until we speak again, stay well. All the best.
