Culinary and School cookery Books - Jamaica Talk

I'm looking to purchase some culinary Jamaican cook books the ones they use in the schools their and culinary institute also one that have pictures I do better with books that show what to do and what the food look like I want to open my own restaurant but i need to master Jamaican cooking first..these are the books i have which is to complex.Caribbean cook book...Busha Browne...Real Taste of Jamaica...Cooking Chinese Jerk from Jamaica thank you so much for your help..can anyone please send me a list of book they use in classes...school and institute down there in Jamaica..Thanks

Another thing you could add to your collection is a subscription to Jamaican Eats. Its a quarterly Jamaican food magazine and its invaluable in learning how to cook proper Jamaican food.
