Re: curried goat????
Ask them if it's the goat or the curry, Teach.
We spent weeks driving around looking at spice shops to find the right curry. Who knew there were so many different kinds of curry powder?????

Re: curried goat????
Where can I find the best curried goat in the cities of MoBay, Negril and Kingston? I also want to try Ox Tail. Is that really the tail of an ox?
I've had goat before and it's very good meat. The way it was prepared was a Nigerian style. God I love goat.

I agree. We've raised our goats in the states and processed them ourselves and with the right curry it tastes just like it does here in JA.

If the meat isn't cleaned properly it will taste gamey and of course what the goat eats effects the taste of the meat...but I think the curry is the problem.
