1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 Hard-boiled egg yolks, seived
2 tb Fresh minced parsley
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tb Dried chervil
1 tb Paprika
1 1/2 tb Creole mustard
2 tb White vinegar
1 tb Worchestershire sauce
ds Hot sauce

Combine all ingredients; cover & chill

Perfect complement to sword, mahi, salmon

usually i add a tablespoon chopped capers and a teaspoon of cajun spice to mine

I got enuf of those little packets of sweet & sour sauce, hot mustard, soy sauce, fortune cookies, and chopsticks left over from carryout Chinese and Japanese dinners to open my own carryout restaurant! Maybe I whip up something with those.

By "cover & chill," I meant allow the sauce to chill. Of course, while the sauce is chilling, you can chill, too. Thought I'd better clarify that.
