Food labels and Tattoos
Aren't you sick of those annoying labels that we find on lots of the fruits and vegetables? I don't like after washing off my bell peppers and tomatoes, and then having to pull off that little sticker.
Now there is new technology out called a laser light that removes the pigment layer of a fruit or vegetable's skin. The laser etches information, such as code numbers or the distributor's name and ready for check out at the counter.
The print is edible and doesn't cause the fruit to spoil. Tattooed produce already has been sold at Wal-Mart, Costco, Safeway and Publix.
