Ive done country buses alot of times and yes it toke for ever but was worth it..
yet I am not whyte and Ive had enough experience to even if I dont know where I am and what Im doing you cant tell by looking at me.. and when I ask for directions or questions I quietly do so..
Ive taken the bus from Montego bay straight into Kingston and back (right out of the bus park) for about 500JA (recently) ... but as I said I had the information before hand of what I would be paying what it was like in the bus park and how to act... when you get there if you decide to catch the bus to kingston then from the bus park catch a charter taxi... make sure (as said before) go in the day time.. do some planning ahead of time.. if someone tries to over price you say NO MAN>.. I know its 500 ja.. or 1000. Ja...
I have also done the Knutford thing and it was great until you make those important relationships and get familure with the way of travel..
I have seen many white men on a bus and once some wierd lost looking white couple who got along just find.. they looked a little scared but they did the right thing by not having alot of baggage and holding on tight to there things and not talking much... and they looked safe all the way there..
