Alex...how in Blazes am i supped to know that? u r sirious. I called it the DMV cuz thats where missgoodas had to go to get her vehicle papers from..so i have to ask her. i know it was a place that did not resemble a government office in no way whats so ever. i also know we spent ALL DAY THERE. tehre were only 5 chair along the wall and it took me an hour to get one only to have to offer (cuz i do have respec) to an older person waiting!LOL It was on a dingy street lined with food places that sold me the nastiest patty i have ever ate in my life!...so i dunno, maybe you can tell me!

and missgoodas did not call it an Examiniation depot..LOL i woulda remembered that!!---but i do hnave to say for some reason spanish town road does seem very faimliar. i was watching the streets but i cant remeber from 2007 summer
