SO I'm posting a poll to see what's the best time to do it....majority wins. I will book accommodations and everyone is responsible for getting themselves there. There will be enough notice that EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE should have NO EXCUSE.

Once I get enough interest there will be a cutoff date so I can book the place. And I'm going on pure assumption that NEGRIL is gonna be the place we go.

We are actually talking with a friend of mine to make it a family trip for both of us next summer. June is our target date.

PS: this is open to family members too. If you have kids, S.O.'s, friends you wanna bring, no problem.....as long as I have a head count by the time I need to book something.
