For all of you that grew up in Jamaica or still live there......

If given the chance to host one of your fellow ETJr's on a vacation for a 3 day weekend.... where would you bring them??

Truth be told, Tivoli is not a lawless community of thugs.
Actually beyond rumors of it being cited as a haven and a stronghold for a throng of notoriously vicous gunmen, it is a "kept' community.

A place which has its own glorifed "laws". There are rumors of a "Don" government which metes out their own version of justice.
It's one of those places however that you dont just wander into. You have to be invited, sort of.

Though it is cited as a political and "otherwise" stronghold, the community within consist of many wonderful uplifting and positive people.

as matter of fact,I have a few friends who still lives there and I am frineds with many memebers of the famous Tivoli marching band which tours the East Coast every year during our Independence celebration.
