Re: Best Restaurants
Thanks....
I've been to both Kuyabi and Xtabi.... both very good. I should have known that our great minds would think alike. Anyone got any other hot spots they'd like to share? I've heard there's a really great pizza place in Negril. Any ideas. We tried Angelo's (I think it was called), anyone been anywhere else. Oh god my stomachs rumbling! |

I like Fatties near the Medical Centre for Jamaican food. Its not touristy and you dont get ripped off like the places directly on the beach. Oh I can recommend Sea Star at the West End too for beautiful food of all descriptions. The Jamaican chef did a beautiful Pot Roast Beef to satisfy my english craving. |

Re: Best Restaurants
LadyS - so right about Fatties. You get a good amount of Jamaican food for a reasonable price. And he runs out of a lot of choices if you wait too long at night to get served, so you know others are enjoying his food.
Another great place on West End is Chef Juniors, about half way down. Although his prices are not as economical as Fattys, he puts out a great meal and still within a good price range. |

I've only tried a few of those you suggest, so that gives me lots to go on. I'm probably in Negril 5 days. So 5 places for lunch, 5 for dinner..... Brilliant. Again thanks for sharing. |
