Hey guys I made it back safe from JA. I do have plenty of positive thoughts on off resort life in Jamaica. Sorry if I write stories that skip around. ANYWAY!!! lol We landed on Thursday and my friend and his driver picked us up from Mobay and took us to get a hotel room. We picked the cheapest place which was $140 for a room the entire time we were staying there. Of coarse we had no a/c or fridg but I honestly didn't need need any of that during our trip (it was very hot). Every night we went out and ate somewhere different but places only the locals go. First night I was dying for Jerk chicken so we had that then the next night we had Counch with rice and beans, Some kind of fish another night and then finally Cabbage and chunks with rice on the last night. All food was very good and of coarse we had non stop spliffs rolled for us during our eats. FYI: I never used the Pepto but my friend needed it lol so great suggestion JASpice!!

I went to the grocery store and bought snacks and small food for less than $2000 JA (red bull and Magnum=YUMMM) We walked around and talked to the locals including rastas and played hacky with local kids. Of coarse the whole time the kids had guns tucked under their shirts so they could of robbed us if they wanted but they were very respectful as I was to them. We went to a couple clubs on Friday and Sunday night and sipped on Magnum and redbull (also Guiness and Redbull). I had alot of fun sat night going to a dancehall party in a backyard type place. I smoked a spliff right next to a cop and talked to him about our police and laws. He told me that if he were to arrest me for smoking he would get in trouble or could lose his job because they are supposed to stop murders and other crimes. He knew my friend as my friend is very powerful in Ochi/Columbus heights area. My Ja friend knows many island wide artist as he runs errands for the artist when not working for Sandals. We went to his house which was a rancher with bars on windows etc. We walked around the streets at night (Yes I am crazy!!) and bumped into some rudeboys that thought we were the police lol but all went well as we got a tour of different villages in Ochi. I didn't take many pictures as I wanted to be repectful of others. I wouldn't want people taking pics of me while I am blazing you know? Overall we had a blast, but realize that going to resorts is better since all your food and entertainment is right nearby. Although we didn't spend much money and will make another trip to Jamrock Oct next year. I thank you guys for reading this!!!
