House rental near Negril - Jamaica Talk

Hey everyone, I found something that might interest some of you for travels to Negril in the future. This is a GREAT deal! Contact the lady directly if you're interested. Here's the info I got from her:

Hello
This place is located in Logwood ( 10 minutes from Orange Bay, a lot of people are more familar with Orange Bay). Logwood is approximatly 30 minutes from Negril. This will be an ongoing listing. We already have a reservation for the first two weeks in August but that is all for next year as of now. we are available, so you can tell anyone you know who would be interested. I thank you in advance for that.

The house has 3 bedrooms. One room with a king bed, one with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. There is a fridge and a microwave in the kitchen (we should be getting a stove soon) and there is one bathroom. The rent for one or two people is:
$200 for one week
$350 for two weeks
$450 for three weeks
there is a flat rate charge of $50 for each additional person.

If you are interested you can reserve as soon as you like to. I require that you make a deposit of $150 to reserve. The rest of the fee will be due in full when you get to the house and receive the keys. Keep in touch and if you have more questions I will be happy to answer them.
