so let me talk about Charlotte airport.

I think its very poorly set up that when you get off an international flight you collect all your things to clear immigration and customs return it right back to them and then to reboard the plane you have to exit the secured area to get back in line to go through the metal detectors again and be searched all over again

had my "best yet" trip with AirJamaica this past. my very first NON STOP flight ever!!! it was truely wonderful. plane left on time and actually believe this, was a half hour early!!!! awesome! back home was'nt as wonderful. 45 minutes late leaving. brake/wheel thing. then after we arrived at O'hare we waited about an hour to get our luggage off. we were told there was only one man unloading. that was crazyness!

For all the recent travellers.....anything to add?

this will be my first(and last) trip with Spirit airlines! just got an e-mail from Cheaptickets stating Spirits baggage restrictions. crazy stuff like you have to PAY to check you luggage!!! if you bought your ticket before Dec. 12,06 you can check two pieces for no extra charge. if you purchased you ticket between dec. 06 and March 07 one piece will be at no charge. a second will be $5 or $10 can't remember the terms of this charge. if your ticket was purchased after March 07 then your charged for both pieces!! now isn't this crazY???? how many people travel with no luggage??? and to charge for this service??? UNREAL!!!! hope the rest of this trip is going to go smooth...... will keep ya informed.

Once again I'm flying Continental to go to Boston. Looking forward to it since they're my favorite airline. I got to use up a credit I had with them from my last trip gone wrong.

I'll be hitting the following airports on this trip:

Minneapolis
Newark
Cleveland

God knows why I have to stop twice each way just to get to Boston....that's the trade off for cheap flights I guess.

Hey I was thinking of this thread today as I sat on the toilet.

I was gonna comment that of the 4 airports I hit in my last trip, Boston Logan has the GREATEST washrooms!!! The stalls are actually big enough to turn around in, there are hangers in the stall for your carry-on AND it was CLEAN!!!!

Go figure!
