Saturday June 6th
Hellshire Beach here i come. So off to Hellshire we were going today but first had to go pick up Jonnoy and Titania. Jonnoy lives about 25 minutes into the hills from Caremont past this awesome stud horse farm.

Titania lives in town with John and sometimes her grandmother so she was easy to get. I get all the kids stuff organized, drinks, snacks etc and off we went, Scarlett decided to bring his "girl" Zoe with us. Nice girl. Before we head out we stop at the Ochi craft market and get my niece a gift. Zoe used to sell stuff there so i bought from her friend a small thatch basket so Nora can carry her shells and rocks in it. also got her a Rasta necklace which by the way she loves!

All i can say is its pretty bad when i do not live in Jamaica and I have to tell Scarlett who is born and bred and lives there how to get to Hellshire thru Portmore! I swear we would have ended up in Kingston! We made it to Hellshire, grab a table and went swimming.

There was a guy who made me a bamboo piggy bank which I love. He etched drawings in it my name Hellshire Beach the year etc. Its awesome I love it. He said I wasn’t a tourist and he would not charge me for it. I only had $200JA in my pocket and couldn’t find John so I gave him that. He was grateful and a very nice man.
The kids swam till they couldn’t swim any more and then I let them take a horse ride along the beach. Can you believe $150 JA for 2 trips down the beach! Cheap couldn’t believe it. That was the highlight of their day. I had the best lobster while I was there and John had roast fish.

Hellshire i swear has the best seafood.

So when we were getting ready to leave I find out from Zoe she had moved the car and licked into a guy who was driving a BMW. She begged him i guess to not tell anyone cause she had no money. Not sure how she did it but he told her it was ok. That night was Junior Reids birthday bash and as we were leaving we saw Junior Reid roll in! If the kids hadn’t have been with us we would have stayed.

We went to the Portmore mall after to walk around and just look. I had been there before and they have some nice stuff in there. We headed home and the kids were exhausted, and so was everyone else. We decided to not go anywhere, and slept like babies!

Sunday June7th

Sunday we ran all over getting stuff ready cause were going to stay at Cove Villas in Mammee Bay and cook and just have a little last party. When we got there at 4, we come to find out people were getting ,married so our little party joined theirs and we cooked Jerk chicken, fish,
friend chicken, rice and peas, veg, roast yam. We drank, ate and had a great time. The kids took pictures of Sponge bob in the pool, and Jonnoy used up all the battery! I was so mad cause I did not get pics from the party.
