Thursday June 4th
Thursday we went to Runaway Bay to meet up with my friends from work. We chilled at Breezes and just had a day of relaxing and fun. We were at Breezes all day and night until about midnight then we went home cause I wanted to do Portland the next day. Thanks Kristie!!!

Friday June 5th

We decided to go to Portland today, and of course before going anywhere we had to get the car cleaned and vacuumed. By the time we headed out it was after 1pm. We set off and on the way when we reached Oracabessa we got pulled over by the police. John and Scarlett we made to come out of the car and searched for drugs. They checked the papers on the car and asked to search my bag i had. If you want to call moving my sunglasses from the top a search then i guess it was! Scarlett had been smoking weed, and he had hidden it between the seat, cause they actually did not'search the car at all!!! So after about 10 minutes we were back on our way, and finally the road was completed so no potholes and 4 hour drive.

We stopped in Annatto Bay to check a friend and get some Guinness and cigarettes and continued on. We stopped at Somerset falls, they were closed for a private function so were not able to go in. We reached Port Antonio and went to the Marina and walked around, looking at all the boats, and the huge fish in the marina. We then started out to Boston. I was like we have to go cause i want some proper jerk! We stop and get some jerk, look at some cool jewellery this guy was selling, then went down the road about a minute to the beach. We sat there i ate my jerk, inhaled to cool sea breeze and watched the kids trying to surf! I found a cutie dog who I fed some of my jerk chicken to, and i kick myself for not buying the homemade hot sauce. Next time. While on the beach a guy was selling some jewellery he made from coral from the sea.

they were beautiful, he said he would take them, then over fire bend them into bracelets. I am defiantly going to get one in August if I go. I took a walk down to the beach and gathered some shells fro my 2 year old niece and we then headed back towards Port Antonio. We stopped at Blue lagoon on the way back. They guy was telling us that the water is 168 feet deep and the movie Blue Lagoon and ****tail were filmed there. He said the water has warm and cold water that run together in it and if you step into it you can feel it. So I stepped into the water and it was awesome, You could feel the water going from cool to warm. He explained that water springs run into the lagoon and that the platform at the other end is where the local boy did a free dive! He asked if i wanted to go on a bamboo raft ride and I was like "u must be mad, it will sink with me on it!" He just laughed and said no bamboo cant sink! Needless to say I did not go. The most amazing private villas are right beside the lagoon and believe me if i win the lottery I’m vacationing there!

We got home close to 11 that night cause we also stopped in Alligator Pond to play some pool and have a few drinks. We then decided to go to Lumsden and go to the street dance. It was awesome saw my family and people i hadn’t seen in a while. Was a good time.
